Anxiety is a psychological effect that occurs as part of a natural response of the body to stress. Anxiety disorders affect our daily life badly and over anxiety leads to other health problems. Excessive worry, tension to face a situation, and inability to handle a situation can be the causes.

The six types of anxiety disorders are social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and specific phobias.

Anxiety symptoms are easily noticeable and the most common signs of anxiety are- unable to concentrate things apart from the present thing, sweating, feeling weak, trembling, rapid breathing, increased heart rate, panic feeling, etc.

Anxiety is not a symptom of cancer. But after a cancer diagnosis or after cancer treatments patients may get an anxiety attack. It is only a rare symptom of brain cancer.
